Making History-VOTE
Today you have a chance to help make history. From keeping the current President or electing a new one, local politics, and state laws we all have a chance to help make a difference ,set a standard, change the future for our children and for everyone around us. Please VOTE and know what you're voting for.
So many women helped make it legal for all women to vote. I never take this for granted.
I wish all of you a happy and healthy day. As for me I'm getting ready to have a bite of breakfast and then head to my local polling center.
hugs
-missy-

My rights were exercised at 6:20 a.m. this morning! I totally agree with you and I have never missed an election since I turned 18 and was granted the right, thanks to my those that came before me and those who have fought for the right to preserve my freedoms.
ReplyDeleteYou know, suffragettes who were jailed often protested by fasting. Then they would be force fed. I don't think a lot of people know that the forced feeding wasn't always down their throats. Women who don't vote are...wow...I just have no words for them!
ReplyDeleteVote prayerfully and carefully and intelligently. Make righteous decisions, not political decisions.
